Do I need to switch accounting software?
We work in QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you use something else, we'll help you move over during onboarding at no extra charge.
What if my books are months behind?
That's common. Our catch-up service starts at $250 per month behind, and we'll give you a fixed quote after reviewing your accounts.
How do I share documents securely?
Everything goes through an encrypted client portal. We'll never ask you to email bank statements, passwords or tax documents.
Can you file my business taxes too?
Yes. We prepare sole proprietor, partnership and S-Corp returns, and Growth clients get quarterly tax planning included.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
